Safety and Pack Design

For safe pack design, use a BMS with overcharge protection below 4.25V/cell and over-discharge protection at 2.5V. Keep storage leakage current low. Do not solder directly to cells; use spot welding. Do not over-discharge below 2.0V. If voltage is below 2.0V, pre-charge at less than 0.1C before standard charging.

Storage and Shipping

• Cells are shipped below 30% SOC.

• OCV is 3.50–3.59V within 90 days from shipping at 15–30°C.

• Storage: 1 year at -20~25°C; 3 months at -20~45°C; 1 month at -20~60°C.

• Activate every 3 months if stored long term.

• Warranty: one year from delivery for manufacturing defects. Misuse, pack assembly issues, and charger mismatch are not covered.
