Storage & Warranty

Store cells at room temperature, charged to about 30–50% SOC. For long storage, recharge about once every six months to prevent over-discharge.

Storage temperature and time:

• -20 to 25°C: ≤12 months

• 25 to 45°C: ≤3 months

• 45 to 65°C: ≤1 month

Storage condition: 25–50% SOC, humidity 60±25% RH.

Warranty: one year from shipment for defects proven to be from manufacturing, not customer abuse or misuse.
